The Better, Together stories in this section provide examples of how we are working to improve the lives of patients and enhance the environment in which we work. The Kraft Center for Community Health at Partners HealthCare is working to address health disparities through its Fellowship and Practitioner programs that foster enduring innovation and leadership in community health.
The Centers of Expertise offered through Partners Graduate Medical Education (GME) provide residents and fellows at Partners hospitals opportunities to learn about areas of health care outside the realm of traditional specialty-based clinical education.
